Payment:
As of 2020, we are a cashless business. We accept card payments/PayPal at the studio, or we can send payment links. It is the responsibility of the person booking the session to pay for the hours booked. In the result of a late cancellation/no show, a payment link will be sent to whomever made the booking.
Cancellation Policy:
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all rehearsal bookings. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, the person who booked it will be sent a payment link for the session. That person and their band will not be able to book future sessions until the payment is made.
Arriving/Load In: It is advised to arrive close to your session start time, as staff may not yet be on site, or another band may be using the room. If you do arrive early, please do not move all your equipment into the hallway unless permitted by a staff member as this can obstruct bands loading their gear out, wheelchair users and generally cause potential trip hazards.
Load-Outs: You must be loaded out of the room by the end of your session time. For example, if you have booked a 6pm-9pm rehearsal session, the room should be vacated by 9pm ready for the next band to load in on time. Please allow enough time to break down and load out.
Extending your session: If you wish to extend your session during your rehearsal, please ask a member of staff, we will try our best to accommodate this.
Noise: Please make sure both doors to the practice room are firmly closed before making loud noises (testing PA/hitting drums/playing through amps).
Breakages and damages to studio equipment: Any damage caused to studio equipment due to misuse and abuse will be charged to the band/individual. Refusal to pay for breakages will lead to exclusion and prosecution. If an item of equipment is damaged or missing at the start of your session please report it to a member of staff immediately. If you are unsure how to operate any equipment, a member of staff will be happy to assist you.
Personal items/lost property: Please make sure that you do not leave personal items unattended and ensure that you take all of your belongings with you when you leave. Noiseboy Studios Limited is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged on the premises.
Tidiness: Food and drink are permitted in the rooms, but please do not place them on equipment and report any spillages immediately. We kindly request that the rooms are left in the same state as at the beginning of your session. Please return any chairs to the kitchen and wash any coffee mugs or glasses used.
